Look No Further: My Every Day Unchanging Essentials
As a blogger who's constantly trying new products, there is something peaceful about having my group of unwavering ones that haven't changed in ages. They are the ones I don't anticipate replacing because they have performed so well for me, and are my "look no further" finds!
Coral Minerals Toothpaste
The first product I (hope) we all use every day is toothpaste. And finally I've found one formulated without Fluoride, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Carrageenan and Glycerin while implementing sea fossilized Coral Minerals, Echinacea, Ginkgo Biloba and American Ginseng. Sounds fancy, right? Well, Sawyer had two cavities reversed by using the kids version of this toothpaste, along with an ozone treatment, all of which I will post about soon, but in the meantime, I can't say enough about this toothpaste!

Whether I'm doing a full make-up routine or bare minimum, this primer has become a staple in my routine because it smooths and preps the skin, whether dry or oily, for make-up application. I can truly see a difference in my make-up application when I use this primer. I will seriously consider removing my make-up if I discover I forgot to apply the primer while I'm mid-application. Crunchi also is the best performing make-up line with the cleanest ingredients on the block.

I grew my eyebrows out for 6+ months and even used all the natural lash/brow growth creams and they will not fill in (damn you high-school tweezers!). So, for everyone commenting on how amazing my brows look in my instagram stories, this is why. I use Marco's mineral-based, smudge-proof, paraben free hybrid wax/gel product. I recommend using a brow defining brush like Marco's which comes with an angled brush side for application and a spooley side for blending. You only need a teeny bit of this product, this tiny little jar may last the rest of your life, unless you're like me and accidentally body slam it 4 or 5 times.
I'm the color Liz.
Kjaer Weis Cream Blush in Precious
I own many blushes, but none compare to this one, verified by the fact that I am continually buying the refills. It may be the shade I'm most partial to, as Precious is a light, coral pastel with a peachy undertone. I haven't found another like it and I have been using it daily since the moment it was released a little over a year ago. I prefer low maintenance, so I love the fact that this goes on best by simply tapping it over my cheeks with my fingers and I even dab it over my lips for a hint of color.
Pro Tip: If you use a palette, simply buy the refill, which will save you nearly half the cost, and pop it in there!
Hynt Beauty Duet Perfecting Concealer
The concealer holy grail! I don't know how they managed to do it, but Hynt formulated THE clean-beauty favorite when they released their Duet Perfecting Concealer.
It's such a well-covering product for discolorations, blemishes, age spots and dark circles without being cakey or drying. You can apply this before or after your foundation and it still blends in perfectly...as opposed to others that are easy to spot.
It also is long lasting, you don't need to worry about it wearing off mid-day. The clean ingredient line up includes botanical extracts and oils designed to help heal and protect the skin. I love Crunchi's Concealer brush, but use what you have! Start with the smallest dab, it's super concentrated.
Crunchi Finishing Powder
This is my favorite setting powder by far. You only need to apply a small dash of the translucent powder with their Loose Powder Brush to set your make-up for the entire day. This is one of those products I wondered how I got by without for all these years.
My make-up looks pretty much the same at the end of the day as it did the beginning, even after rolling around on the carpet or grass doing activities with the kiddo!

Josh Rosebrook Herbal Infusion Oil
Just like all the other products listed here, I find myself ordering this one over and over and over. And over.
This product is such a winner for me not only because it's a rockstar at removing the layers of setting powder, primer and make-up; including mascara and even the ecobrow wax with just a few pumps, but it's also a true multi-functional use oil.
Use it as a make-up remover, cleanser, treatment serum and/or moisturizer. A must for any minimalist or traveler, but regardless of your skincare regimen, you'll find a place for this creation.
Aleavia Body Wash/Shampoo
This product has been an absolute staple in our home since we started using it over two years ago. The body wash is a prebiotic, which means their ingredients feed the friendly microorganisms on your skin to promote the growth of good bacteria, which then fights off the bad bacteria.
Their ingredients are simple and organic:
- Aloe Vera (Hydrating, soothing and healing)
- Soy Lecithin (Softening, soothing, antioxidant, emollient)
- Kelp (Stimulate metabolism, provide balancing minerals and vitamins)
- Coconut Oil (Softens, protects, heals, restores)
- Plant Glycerin (Humectant, emollient)
- Citric Acid (pH balancer, preservative, wrinkle-reducer, skin-brightener)
- Sea Salt (carrier of magnesium, calcium, potassium)
Washing with a prebiotic cleanser not only cleans your skin effectively and keeps the good bacteria growing, but usually will clear up most skin conditions in the process - think eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, sun spots, etc. I've seen this in action so many times and it's my first recommendation to those with troubled skin.
The body wash also doubles as a shampoo, and we all use it both ways in our home! Available from: Aleavia use code jannyorganically20 at check out to save 20%.
Josh Rosebrook Nourish Conditioner
Whoever said a clean-beauty conditioner didn't exist? Well, it does, and I swear by it. This isn't some greenwash product either, Josh uses organic, wildcrafted, whole-plant ingredients that moisturizes, softens and strengthens hair while nourishing my waves and calming frizz.
Nourish is great for all hair textures with normal to dry scalps. For those who lean toward oily, I'd recommend his Balance conditioner.
Laurel's Body Oil - Sun: Before & After
While I own numerous body oils, Laurel's Sun Before & After is the one I reach for 90% of the time.
I've had the opportunity to visit Laurel's studio several times and talk at great length about ingredient sourcing and integrity. I love picking Laurel's brain because her wealth of knowledge is based on a firm commitment to purity and efficacy.
Laurel formulated this oil with whole plant ingredients that help naturally protect the skin from the sun's rays, assist in repairing sun damage and give a boost of vitamin C and E.
Outside of being an incredibly healing and moisturizing oil, the scent has become my signature fragrance. The combination of the Red Raspberry Seed Oil, Roman Chamomile, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang and gem essences have created my favorite aroma to drench myself in.
